Vintage Beige Cashmere Shawl

A classic, handspun, and handwoven Cashmere shawl in natural beige down hair with a vintage appeal. The minimal design is flanked by naturally dyed borders in natural indigo, lac, and marigold, for the teal green, pink and yellow colors. As a subtle homage to the region, the borders also incorporate warp rib stripes inspired from the traditional textiles of Changthang (called Challi). The shawl features our trademark braid detail inspired from the Ladakhi menswear belt called Skeraks.

Cashmere, otherwise known as Pashmina, is sourced from the soft down hair of Changra goats of Ladakh, India.
