Bhumika Deswal,42 years and a NIFT passout has always been an Entrepreneur at heart even as early as her school days, delving into garment construction though she had no formal training back then.
It was her passion and creativity coupled with her indomitable spirit that led her onto a path of studying the craft in NIFT, Delhi and thereafter continuously working for organisations in India & abroad. In between also executing independent work and projects especially when she had to stay home to look after her young babies as her husband was abroad on a Job.
Started in 2016 with 5 employees, Deswal Sourcing Solutions is proud of the fact that today it is providing employment to hundreds, with a firm mission to keep creating high end, modern, heritage handblock & handcrafted garments. Deswal Sourcing Solutions aims at further promoting women employment and empowerment through its product and processes.

Through our social outreach programmes we support projects that promote employment and empowerment.
We “REACH AND TEACH”.
The work involves employment of hand workers and artisans from rural areas. The company also gave training of handwork to NGO of Kiran Bedi, Nav Jyoti Foundation where women from rural areas work.
